We offer free standard international shipping on all orders.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES BOWER SANDS ACCEPT?

Currently, we accept Credit Card Payments, Paypal and Afterpay. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request. Please contact us directly at info@bowersands.com to arrange this.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM THE EBOUTIQUE?

Absolutely! Bower Sands is based in Sydney, managed and run by Australians. Bower Sands uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact info@bowersands.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at info@bowersands.com before 8am AESDT.  We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email info@bowersands.com

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Bower Sands does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Bower Sands, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 30-days of purchase. Items must not be used, washed or altered in any way.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Bower Sands for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?

To initiate a return, simply email us at info@bowersands.com using the e-mail address used to place the order. Bower Sands cannot be held liable for the loss of product being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?

We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you. Items returned without a valid RETURNS AUTHORISATION # will be returned to sender and will not be processed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours. If you are exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days. If you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within 1-2 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged towel, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@bowersands.com
